These terms apply when you browse and order from Atiya'z Fern. By placing an order you agree to them. Please review and adapt this text to your business before going live.

Our products

Everything we sell is handmade in small batches from natural ingredients. Because of this, slight variations in colour, texture and scent between batches are normal and not a defect.

Placing an order

• You can build your bag on this site and confirm your order with us over WhatsApp.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it and arrange payment and delivery with you.
• We may decline or cancel an order if a product is out of stock or details can't be verified.

Skin & safety

Our products are cosmetic, not medical, and are not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. We recommend a patch test before first use. If irritation occurs, stop using the product. If you have a known allergy, please check the ingredients with us first.

Intellectual property

The Atiya'z Fern name, logo, photos and content on this site belong to us and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
